Common side effects of Arnx

• Hypotension (low blood pressure)
• Increased potassium level in blood
• Cough
• Dizziness
• Renal impairment

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Arnx 50 Tablet may be taken with or without food.

Arnx 50 Tablet is a combination of two medicines: sacubitril and valsartan, which belong to a class of angiotensin receptor neprilysin inhibitors (ARNI).
