Clexane 40mg Injection (0.4ml Each) is used for the treatment of acute deep vein thrombosis. It helps prevent further clot formation, limits clot extension, and reduces the risk of recurrence through effective anticoagulation.

Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them

• Headache
• Increased liver enzymes
• Fever
