It is used to treat pneumonia (infection of the lungs) and infections of the ear, abdomen, urinary tract, skin, bones, and joints. Dalacin C 600mg Injection is also sometimes given before certain types of surgery to prevent infections that may develop after the operation. Dalacin C 600mg Injection is given as an injection by a doctor or nurse. It is advisable to continue taking it as long as it is prescribed even when you feel better, to make sure that all bacteria are killed. Stopping it early may make the infection come back and difficult to treat
